A Delhi court on Saturday admitted a petition filed by parents of the 2012 Delhi gangrape case victim, seeking transfer of the case to another judge. In December 2018, parents of Nirbhaya, sought for the case to be fast-tracked, but the matter was adjourned due to transfer of judges. The transfer plea is slated for November 25.
