The Supreme Court on Tuesday said that it is not an expert body on dealing with health and management issues of migrant workers arising out of the 21-day coronavirus lockdown. "We don't plan to supplant wisdom of the government with our wisdom," said SC. The government will be asked to create a helpline for complaints in this regard, it added.
