After Pakistan government called the International Court of Justice's verdict in Kulbhushan Jadhav case a 'Big win for Pakistan', Union Minister Giriraj Singh tweeted, "Not your fault...judgment delivered in English." The UN court on Wednesday delivered the verdict in favour of India and found Pakistan guilty of violating Vienna Convention, thereby staying the death penalty to Jadhav by Pakistan.
