The Indian High Commission in Sri Lanka has said that the number of Indian citizens killed in the serial blasts in the country has risen to 10. "Regret to confirm the deaths of two more Indian nationals Mr. A Maregowda and Mr. H Puttaraju," it tweeted. Sri Lankan authorities have so far arrested 40 people in connection with the blasts.
