Pratap Chandra Khandwal, a 33-year-old traffic policeman is going viral for controlling traffic with his dance moves in Odisha's Bhubaneswar. "Initially, people didn't obey rules, but with my style people got attracted and started obeying rules," Khandwal said. Khandwal, who has been working with the traffic police for four years, says he created his own moves through experience and practice.
