Two workers in Pune were killed after an oil tank exploded while they were carrying out welding work on its lid on Wednesday. The deceased have been identified as Rajindra Prasad and Vikas Singh. "We suspect that vapours formed within the tank must have caught a spark from the welding and led to the explosion," an official said.
