Uttarakhand CM Trivendra Singh Rawat on Wednesday said old pictures of forest fires in China and Chile are being shared on social media and by some media as pictures of Uttarakhand forest fires. "Please ignore such rumours and beware of such misleading news," the CM tweeted. "Fire incidents reported until yesterday are way less than the previous year," he added.
