Only 2 Indian cities now in top 20 most polluted places compared to 14 last year
Mumbai and Kolkata were the only Indian cities in the top 20 most polluted places in the world on Wednesday, data from IQAir showed. Pollution levels across India have dropped during the lockdown. India was home to 14 of the 20 most polluted cities in the world last year, according to the 2019 World Air Quality Report by IQAir AirVisual.
