Amid widespread IndiGo flight cancellations, Civil aviation ministry Joint Secretary Madhu Sudana Sankar said, "Over 2 lakh passengers have been affected in total; 905 flights were delayed yesterday." He added, "Things are now under control, and 90% of baggage will be dispatched by tomorrow." The crisis stems from airline's failure to implement new Flight Duty Time Limitations (FDTL) regulations.
