The Ministry of Home Affairs on Monday announced that over 70,000 people offered prayers peacefully at mosques in various districts of Jammu and Kashmir on Eid al-Adha. The Ministry further said that restrictions were imposed on large gatherings in Srinagar over terror threats and law and order situation. Connectivity restrictions are continuing due to security requirements, the Ministry added.
