A Jammu court has awarded five-year imprisonment to a 27-year-old Pakistani woman, who in 2012 accompanied her husband and their three minor children on his return to J&K from Pakistan-occupied Kashmir. They were returning after J&K announced return and rehabilitation scheme of former militants. The woman was arrested as she didn't have a valid passport and violated Foreigners' Act.
