Pakistan has decided to ban a radical Islamist party, Tehreek-e-Labbaik Pakistan, after its supporters clashed with the law enforcement agencies, leaving seven people dead and over 300 policemen injured. Pakistan Interior Minister Sheikh Rashid Ahmed said, "I've approved a proposal...to ban...TLP." The TLP had launched the protest on Monday after its head Saad Hussain Rizvi was detained in Lahore.
