Talking about Rishabh Pant, England captain Joe Root said that the 23-year-old plays "some extraordinary shots and makes it difficult for bowlers to bowl [to him]" but he also gives a chance to get him out during his innings. So far, Pant has scored 168 runs in his four innings and has been dismissed twice by Jack Leach.
