Sonam Sherpa, the 48-year-old lead guitarist of Indian rock band Parikrama, passed away on Friday in his hometown Kalimpong, West Bengal after he suffered a cardiac arrest. "He didn't have any heart condition...He had started exercising...to be as fit as possible," Parikrama vocalist Nitin Malik said. "[Sonam] was eating right...He was really taking good care of himself," Nitin added.
