A 12,000 sq ft penthouse in Lodha One, Bund Garden in Pune has been sold for ₹37 crore making it the most expensive property deal in the city, Hindustan Times reported while quoting the company. Over the last two years, Pune has seen 32 apartment registrations in the luxury segment, valued above ₹10 crore (agreement value), HT reported.
