Congress President Rahul Gandhi on Saturday accused PM Narendra Modi and industrialist Anil Ambani of carrying out a "surgical strike" worth ₹1.3 lakh crore on the Indian defence forces. This comes a day after former French president Francois Hollande told a publication that India had proposed Reliance Defence as the offset partner of Dassault Aviation for the Rafale deal.
