The Congress on Wednesday accused PM Narendra Modi of being negligent and careless in tackling the COVID-19 pandemic. "The Modi government has jeopardised the lives of Indians by its negligent conduct," Congress chief spokesperson Randeep Surjewala said. He added, "This is a national emergency happening and we know that the PM is busy campaigning, but he must follow 'raj dharma'."
