Prime Minister Narendra Modi will lay the foundation stones of various development projects worth over ₹42,750 crore in Punjab's Ferozepur on Wednesday, PMO said on Monday. This comes ahead of the state's upcoming Assembly election. The projects include the Delhi-Amritsar-Katra Expressway, PGI Satellite Centre in Ferozepur and two new medical colleges in Kapurthala and Hoshiarpur.
