Addressing students and professors at Manipur State Film Development Society, Congress President Rahul Gandhi said, "The Prime Minister's Office is now Publicity Minister's Office." Gandhi added, "He (PM Modi) is very good at publicity. He's very good at marketing himself." Rahul compared PM Modi with Yoga guru Ramdev, stating the latter came close to the PM in terms of marketing.
