The Pune Traffic Police warned people of more traffic jams at the Pune University junction and connecting roads in the coming days owing to work on the next phase of Pune Metro. Police also announced additional traffic diversions in which it stated that traffic will be diverted on Baner Road, Aundh Road, Ganeshkhind Road, Senapati Bapat, Pashan Road etc.
