Pune City Police have suspended a police sub-inspector along with four constables after a prisoner escaped from their custody. According to the police, the prisoner was lodged at Yerwada Central Jail and was granted seven days furlough to attend his daughter's wedding. The suspended police personnel had escorted him to his native place. However, the prisoner escaped after the wedding.
