Pune's Sinhgad police have booked a man for allegedly cheating an investor of over ₹4 crore by promising him 24% returns on the pretext of investing the money. The accused had floated a company which handled forex trading, share trading and construction, according to the FIR. The case was filed under IPC Section 420 (cheating) and the Information Technology Act.
