Russian President Vladimir Putin's critic Alexey Navalny said he's suing the prison for withholding the Quran. Navalny, a Christian, added that "deeply studying" the Quran was one of several "self-improvement" goals he had set for himself while in prison. Navalny, who's serving two-and-a-half years for embezzlement, has been on a hunger strike for two weeks demanding proper medical treatment.
