Punjab CM Captain Amarinder Singh has said Congress President Rahul Gandhi should be the PM candidate for the united Opposition in the upcoming Lok Sabha elections. Adding that the central Congress leadership should explore all alliance possibilities, he said the state units will follow their decision. Earlier, Punjab Congress chief Sunil Jakhar said the party will not ally with AAP.
