The Indian Railways has produced a total of 2,87,704 masks and 25,806 litres of sanitiser in its zones, as of April 1, to prevent the spread of coronavirus, Railway Minister Piyush Goyal said. The Central Railway produced 22,580 masks and 2,693 litres of sanitiser while Western Railway produced 46,313 masks and 700 litres of sanitiser, the minister added.
