A magistrate's court in Mumbai has said the alleged offence for which businessman Raj Kundra and his associate Ryan Thorpe have been arrested is detrimental to society's health. It added the society's interest in these cases can't be overlooked. The court had rejected their bail pleas on July 28 in porn videos case, saying the police had followed legal procedure.
