Rajnath Singh, who on Thursday became the first Defence Minister to fly in the indigenously built Tejas fighter jet, also "controlled and flew" the aircraft for some time, DRDO chief G Satheesh Reddy said. "There was no problem. I kept following instructions given by (Air Vice Marshal) N Tiwari," Singh said. He also called it "an amazing and exhilarating experience".
