Shyam Saran Negi, 103-year-old man who had first cast his vote in 1951, will cast his vote in 17th Lok Sabha elections at a polling booth in HP's Kalpa village on Sunday. Pratham Prathmik Vidyalaya, where the polling booth is located, will accord a red carpet welcome to Negi, who had cast his vote in 1951 at the same booth.
