Ministry of External Affairs Spokesperson Raveesh Kumar has said India regrets Pakistan's decision to not allow PM Narendra Modi's plane to fly through its airspace for his upcoming US visit. Kumar added, "Pakistan should reflect upon its decision to deviate from well established international practice, as well as reconsider its old habit of misrepresenting reasons for taking unilateral action."
