Karnataka CM HD Kumaraswamy on Friday said, "Right To Education (RTE) is a bogus scheme and private institutions are minting money on a big scale in the name of RTE." He stated that the Kannada language has been vanishing due to English. Centre must bring a law to save regional languages and put control over private schools, he further said.
