As per World Health Organization, 8 crore children are at risk of diseases due to disruption of routine vaccination during COVID-19. Further, US health authority CDC recommends that timely vaccination is essential to protect children from potentially serious diseases. Parents are advised to get their children vaccinated as per recommended schedule and consult their pediatrician for missed or due vaccination.
