A Russian missile attack on a Ukrainian military facility near the border with NATO member Poland killed at least 35 people while injuring 134 others on Sunday, reported Reuters while quoting regional governor Maksym Kozytskyi. Ukraine's Defence Minister while confirming the incident said, "Foreign instructors work here…This is a new terrorist attack on peace & security near the EU-NATO border."
