The RBI has released a draft reconstruction scheme for Yes Bank under which SBI will invest at least ₹12,000 crore for a 49% stake in the private lender by April 3. SBI shall not reduce its holding below 26% for three years. Yes Bank's board will be reconstituted and a new MD and CEO will be appointed.
