The Supreme Court on Wednesday allowed jailed NCP legislators Nawab Malik and Anil Deshmukh to participate in the proceedings of the floor test in the Maharashtra Assembly on Thursday. Both leaders had moved a plea in the Supreme Court to allow them to participate in the floor test called by Maharashtra Governor Bhagat Singh Koshyari against the Uddhav Thackeray-led government.
