The Supreme Court has issued a notice to lawyer Utsav Bains, who claimed he was offered ₹1.5 crore to frame sexual harassment allegations against Chief Justice of India Ranjan Gogoi. On noticing his absence in the court on Tuesday, the court sent him the notice, seeking his personal appearance at 10:30 am on Wednesday.
