The Supreme Court has dismissed a plea submitted by the Competition Commission of India (CCI) seeking the removal of stay order imposed by the Karnataka High Court on its probe against Amazon and Flipkart over alleged anti-competitive practices. It has sent the issue back to the Karnataka High Court, asking it to take a decision within six weeks, CNBC-TV18 reported.
