The Supreme Court has refused to pass an order on lifting restrictions in Jammu & Kashmir, saying, "We are also for restoration of normalcy but it can't be at the cost of lives. We have to give the government some time." The apex court said this while hearing a plea on the immediate removal of restrictions imposed in J&K.
