The Supreme Court on Thursday reserved its judgment on a plea filed against NCLAT's order closing insolvency proceedings against BYJU'S. The court further directed the interim resolution professional to maintain status quo and not hold any meeting of the Committee of Creditors (CoC). NCLAT had closed the proceedings after BYJU'S reached a ₹158-crore settlement with BCCI.
