Calling it contempt of court, the Supreme Court has summoned senior CBI officer M Nageswara Rao over transfer of officer AK Sharma, who was probing the Bihar shelter home cases. The bench said the transfer amounted to violation of its order. Rao, who took the decision when he was interim CBI director, has to appear in court on February 12.
