CPI(M) General Secretary Sitaram Yechury said the Supreme Court's order on Kolkata Police Commissioner Rajeev Kumar has put BJP and TMC "in place". He further accused the two parties of sharing spoils of chit fund scams. SC on Tuesday said that CBI can't arrest Kumar and also directed Kumar to appear before CBI and "cooperate" with it.
