The Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) has banned energy provider and operator, Urja Global, and four individuals from dealing in the securities market for two years. It found that Urja Global made a false and misleading scheme for a corporate announcement in connection with Nippon Shinyaku. Various other disclosure lapses were also observed.
