Stock market regulator SEBI has warned Punjab National Bank (PNB) over delay in disclosing fraudulent transactions related to Nirav Modi group and Gitanjali group. SEBI observed that there were delays of 1-6 days in making disclosures pertaining to the filing of reports/complaints with RBI and CBI. It has warned PNB to be "cautious in future to ensure compliance".
