Female students affiliated to the Students' Federation of India (SFI) have mailed sanitary napkins to Union Finance Minister Arun Jaitley to protest the imposition of 12% GST on the necessary commodity. Hundreds of napkins inscribed with the slogan 'Bleed Without Fear, Bleed Without Tax' have been sent through speed post. The protest marked the inauguration of a three-day campaign.
