Rajya Sabha MP Swati Maliwal criticised AAP chief Arvind Kejriwal for calling his aide Bibhav Kumar a prominent party leader. "Kejriwal crossed all boundaries of shamelessness," she said, adding, "If these statements of yours do not boost the spirits of goons like Bibhav, then what else will?" Kejriwal named Bibhav among top five party leaders while addressing the Assembly today.
