Congress leader Rahul Gandhi on Saturday said that India is "simply not testing enough to fight COVID-19 virus". Referring to PM Narendra Modi's appeal to people to light diyas, torches for nine minutes at 9 pm on April 5 to challenge darkness of coronavirus, Gandhi said, "Making people clap and shining torches in sky isn't going to solve the problem."
