Shiv Sena candidate Shaina NC lost to Congress candidate Amin Patel from the Mumba Devi seat in Maharashtra Assembly elections. Shaina NC lost by a margin of more than 34,000 votes. Notably, Shaina was earlier with the BJP and had been with it for several years. She joined the Eknath Shinde-led Shiv Sena in October 2024.
