Karnataka government has permitted authorities to start prosecution proceedings against Snapdeal and a Ludhiana-based company for allegedly facilitating the illegal sale of a drug. Suhagra 100 is a Schedule H sex stimulant drug which can't be bought without a doctor's prescription, a drugs controller said. "Sellers are prohibited from selling any Schedule H drugs on Snapdeal," the company said.
