Speaking to reporters after Indian Army destroyed three terror launch pads in Pakistan-occupied Kashmir, Army Chief General Bipin Rawat said that Pakistan is trying to stir up trouble following the abrogation of Article 370. He added, "Gradually, things are returning to normal in the Valley, but obviously somebody is working behind the scenes, at the behest of terrorists and agencies."
