The first five cookies baked aboard the International Space Station (ISS) that recently returned to Earth, took up to 130 minutes (a little over two hours) to fully bake in an oven in space. In comparison, baking the cookie dough takes 16-18 minutes on Earth at 149 degrees Celsius. Astronauts said they could smell the last three cookies while baking.
