European Council President Donald Tusk said British leaders who promoted Brexit without a plan on how to deliver it deserve a "special place in hell". His comments came following talks with Irish PM Leo Varadkar over the Irish backstop issue. "It's a question for Tusk as to whether he considers...that kind of language helpful," British PM Theresa May's office said.
